Can I collect my signs from Zing?

 

Yes, when your order is ready, you can collect at any time Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 5.20pm or Friday 8.30am - 3pm. Please state 'collection' when ordering.

 

 

When can I expect my order?

 

We make all our signs to order, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours, and deliver orders within 3 -4 working days. 

Returns Policy

At Zing, we understand that sometimes you may make a purchase which for some reason you'd like to return. We have therefore built a returns policy for your convenience which entitles you to a full refund on our standard signage within 28 days. This does not in any way effect your rights as a consumer (E.g. Consumer Protection regulations 2000). Our returns policy will apply to any customer within the UK and Ireland.

 

 

Returns Policy:

 

You will receive a full refund from Zing, for your signs, so long as the following terms are upheld:

 

1. Your signage is sent back to us unused and in its original packaging.

2. Your signage was chosen from our standard range, and not edited or created to your personal specification.

3. You contact Zing initially within 21 days of receiving your purchase, and we receive your returned goods via post or delivered in person, within 28 days of you receiving your purchase.

4. Your goods are not subject to any of the exclusions as noted in our exclusions sections below.

 

 

Returns Procedure:

 

In order to take advantage of our returns policy, it is important that you contact Zing within 21 days of receiving your order to explain that you would like a refund. We must then receive your returned goods within 28 days of you receiving your order.

We will offer our customers an exchange on your signage, credit note for Zing, or money refunded via your original method of payment.

 

 

Exclusions:

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on items that have been made to order/ bespoke for the client, as these cannot be sold again.

 

The policy also excludes signage that has been used, marked or damaged by the customer, and signage that has been received by the customer more than 21 days prior to initial contact being made.

 

 

Improper returns:

 

Where you have returned a product to Zing in contravention of this policy (and where you have no legal right to return the goods):

 

1. We will not refund or exchange the goods.

2. We may retain the returned goods until you pay to us any additional amount we may charge for re-delivering your returned goods to you.

3. If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 10 days of issuing a request for payment, we may dispose of the returned goods in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

 

 

If for some reason your goods have arrived in an unsatisfactory state, or your order is wrong please contact Zing immediately on 028 7034 2472 and we will aim to rectify any issues caused on our part.
